About the name

Pronounced "DOO-stohn" /ˈduː stəʊn/

dhustone is the dark, resilient dolerite (from the Welsh du, black) exposed on the Shropshire Hills after millions of years of softer rock eroding around it.

It sets the benchmark for the software made here: grounded, deliberate tools built to outlast the noise.
